I have always been a firm believer in the Pay It Forward concept, where one act of kindness gives birth to another and another and another, as everyone pays the kindness forward. I also believe that a kind act or word could very well mean the world to another person when they need it the most. Plus it just feels good to your own soul. While clicking on design results from Lori Anderson's 5th Bead Soup event...www.prettythingsblog.com...I came across Fay Wolfenden's blog at www.torchfairy.blogspot.com. It was Fay who was featuring this Pay It Forward contest and I was drawn to be a part of it. I have been thinking about entering the 6th Bead Soup and figured the Pay It Forward would be my first baby step towards expanding my horizons. Plus she mentions she's an erratic writer and I loved the phrase because it so describes the timing of my blogs.
Anyway...here's how to play...
1. I'll make something hand made for the first 3 people who comment on
this POST. What I make will be a surprise & will arrive when you
least expect it. Doesn't everyone Love a surprise??
2. I have 365 days to make & send the gift to you. Here's the
little catch- to get a handmade gift from me, you have to play too!!
